What is Wild & Rise?
Wild & Rise is Canadian homeschool curriculum built around one central idea: learning is most powerful when it connects to real life, real movement, real curiosity, and real community. Kindergarten launches first, built on the Alberta Programs of Study and designed to align with kindergarten learning across Canadian provinces. Every lesson connects to every other lesson. Every week builds on the last.
One anchor concept each week, explored through six subjects. Math, literacy, science, social studies, art, and PE woven together. Never isolated, never forced. Your child never feels like they're switching gears.
Kindergarten built on the Alberta Programs of Study, and designed to align with kindergarten learning across Canadian provinces. Canadian seasons, Canadian books, Canadian context. And a weekly Rise Together action that connects your family to the community around you.
Movement isn't a break from learning. It's how young children learn. Wild Time (daily unstructured time) and a structured Movement block are both core to the program, alongside a deliberate movement progression across the full year. The body and mind develop together here.
Phonological awareness, phonics, and reading comprehension built on the best current research in early literacy, embedded naturally into every week through story, song, and play. Sound meets print every single day.
Three levels of engagement are woven invisibly into every lesson. Not differentiation bolted on, but learning designed with every child in mind.
Kindergarten launches first, but Wild & Rise is built to grow. More years are in development. When you join now, you're joining at the beginning of something much bigger.
The educator behind it
I'm a Canadian educator with close to twenty years in inclusive education and a Master's in autism and children's mental health. Wild & Rise is the curriculum I wished existed when my own son started Kindergarten. For my boys, and for yours.

You don't need a teaching degree. Wild & Rise explains the why behind every lesson in plain language. You'll understand what you're teaching and why it matters, not just what to do next.
Built for families with real-life schedules. A flexibility note every week tells you exactly what to drop on busy weeks and what to protect. A few good learning moments beat a stressful full day every time.
Every lesson was written by an educator who spent close to twenty years making sure the hardest-to-reach child had a way in. Whatever kind of kindergartner you have, there is a door for them.
Rise Together is a weekly community action connected to the week's learning. Because children who learn to give back don't just learn. They rise.
Wild Wanderers are the families who choose something different. Who learn outside the conventional system. Who follow curiosity and trust their children. When you sign up, you're not just joining a waitlist. You're joining a community of Canadian families doing this alongside you.
